Dieter Stenger, CPA, brings clients over 30 years of experience with his in-depth knowledge in accounting, payroll, and taxation knowledge. Born in Germany, Dieter worked for small accounting firms before joining the Munich office of KPMG, one of the so-called "Big Four" accounting firms globally, eventually transferring to their Sacramento office. He then advanced to tax manager at his second of the Big Four, Ernst & Young. With esteemed experience under his belt, Dieter became the owner of Homer, Stenger & Company, working with individuals and businesses across Northern California. With the strategic merger of Homer, Stenger & Company and Sonoma Wealth Advisors in 2023, Dieter aims to continue providing excellent tax and accounting services while offering clients peace of mind with their financial well-being.
In his spare time, Dieter enjoys hiking, swimming, and working on and driving European classic cars.
